Garage floors, commercial spaces, and basements — built tough, finished clean. Local crew, lasting results.
A hard, bonded coating that transforms bare concrete into a durable, easy-to-clean surface.
Epoxy flooring is a two-part resin system — a resin and a hardener — that chemically bonds to concrete and cures into a surface that's several times harder than the slab underneath. It's the standard choice for Columbus garage floors, auto shops, warehouses, and commercial kitchens because it handles heavy loads, spills, and foot traffic far better than bare or painted concrete.
Unlike paint, epoxy doesn't just sit on top of the concrete — it penetrates and locks into the surface. That's why a properly installed epoxy floor doesn't peel, bubble, or chip under normal use. Most jobs are done in a single day and the floor is back in service within 72 hours.
A few situations where a coating makes a real difference.
Bare garage concrete absorbs oil, stains easily, and turns to dust over time. A garage floor coating stops all of that and looks sharp doing it.
Auto shops, warehouses, and manufacturing floors need a surface that handles forklifts, chemical spills, and constant traffic — epoxy is the standard solution.
Basements are prone to moisture and cold. A sealed epoxy floor creates a vapor barrier, makes the space feel finished, and is easy to clean if water gets in.
If your current coating is peeling, flaking, or dusting — the fix isn't more paint. It's proper surface prep and a new bonded epoxy system.
Surface prep is 80% of the job — here's the full process.
1. Assessment. We inspect the concrete for cracks, moisture, previous coatings, and surface profile. Any issues that could cause adhesion failure get addressed before we coat anything.
2. Diamond Grinding. We grind the entire floor with industrial diamond tooling. This opens the pores of the concrete and gives the epoxy something to grip. This step is what separates a professional job from a big-box paint kit — and it's why our coatings don't peel.
3. Crack & Spall Repair. Any cracks, pits, or holes get filled with epoxy filler and sanded flush before coating begins.
4. Primer Coat. A penetrating epoxy primer goes down first, bonding directly to the ground concrete surface.
5. Base Coat + Broadcast. The main color coat is applied. If you've chosen a flake or chip system, decorative flakes are broadcast into the wet epoxy at this stage.
6. Topcoat. A clear polyaspartic or polyurethane topcoat seals the surface, adds UV resistance, and creates the final sheen level you chose (flat, satin, or gloss).
Most residential jobs are complete in one day. Foot traffic in 24 hours, vehicles in 72.
We never use acid etching. Mechanical grinding creates a stronger bond and catches moisture issues acid wash misses.
We test every slab before coating. High moisture causes premature delamination — we identify it upfront, not after the job is done.
Solid colors, decorative flake, metallic swirls, and quartz systems. We bring samples and walk you through options before starting.
You deal with us directly — not a national call center. We're based in Columbus and stand behind every job we do.
Pricing depends on the size of the space, the condition of the existing concrete, and the coating system you choose. As a general guide:
We provide written, itemized estimates before any work begins. No surprises on the final invoice.
Epoxy is the right call if your concrete is structurally sound and you want a surface that lasts more than a few years without reapplication. It's ideal for garages, shops, basements, showrooms, and any space where appearance and durability both matter.
It's not the right choice if the slab has severe structural cracks, active water intrusion from below, or if the space is exposed to outdoor UV for most of the day (UV-stable topcoats are needed in those cases — we carry them). Call us and we'll tell you honestly whether epoxy makes sense for your space.

We handle residential, commercial, and specialty coating work.
The most popular coating we install. Full-flake, solid color, or metallic — with diamond-ground prep that holds for years.
Warehouses, auto shops, retail spaces, and medical facilities. High-build systems rated for heavy traffic and chemical exposure.
Moisture-resistant coatings that seal the slab and transform a raw basement into a clean, usable space.
Swirled metallic pigments create a one-of-a-kind floor. Popular for showrooms, home gyms, and upscale garages.
A properly installed epoxy floor lasts 10–20 years with basic maintenance. The key factors are surface prep quality and the thickness of the coating applied.
Most residential garage floors run $3–$7 per square foot installed, depending on condition, coating type, and decorative options. A standard two-car garage typically costs $1,500–$3,000.
Most residential jobs take one day to apply. You'll need to stay off the floor for 24 hours for foot traffic and 72 hours for vehicles.
Yes — the floor needs to be completely clear so we can grind and prep the entire surface. We can help move smaller items, but vehicles and large equipment should be out beforehand.
A plain gloss epoxy can get slippery when wet. We add anti-slip aggregate (aluminum oxide or shark grip) to the topcoat at no extra charge on garage and shop floors — it's standard practice for us.
